1. Operator

2. Buyers
A buyer is any person who uses an e-shop to shop, whether as a consumer or in the course of his business.
3. Conditions of purchase by the consumer
A consumer is any person who makes a purchase outside his or her business. If you enter an ID or VAT number when ordering, you are not considered a consumer and the terms of this article do not apply to you.
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Withdrawal from the contract is to inform the seller by e-mail (the message must include the order number, consumer identification and notice of withdrawal / return of goods. The contract may not be withdrawn in respect of goods which have been customized or made-to-measure.

Other matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, whether purchased by a consumer or purchased by an entrepreneur, are governed by the rules laid down by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, and other related legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
4. Delivery terms
The dispatch of orders for the e-shop is provided by Steambathcompany.
Shipments sent by post are dispatched every Monday and Thursday, except on holidays. The order is usually shipped within a week of receiving the payment on our account.
All goods that are available in the e-shop are currently in stock, except for items that are marked as sold out.
